Anonimo (11th c.) Romanico Taull

Three white males. Oldest to youngest, left to right.

They apparently all have a red dot on their foreheads (as well as their cheeks). This reminds me of the red dot which is seen in Indian cultures. I wonder if the magi here are depicted as such due to the idea that they are oriental/eastern.
