List of Papyrologists

Papyrology is the study of ancient papyri. There are 63 papyrologists currently on my list. The first papyrologist on my list was born in 1754 and was named Neils Iversen Schow.

One papyrologist was born between 1700 and 1799.

Twenty-four papyrologists were born between 1800 and 1899, only three of which were born prior to 1850.

Thirty-eight papyrologists were born between 1900 and the present.
