Biography of Gaspar Barreiros

15?? – He is born.

1561 – He travels with San Francisco de Borja to Porto to try and join the Society of Jesus. A few months after this, he rejoins the Order of San Francisco.

1562 – He returns to Rome and joins the convent of Araceli.

1564 – He returns to Portugal at the request of Cardinal don Enrique and settles his residence in Viseu.

1574 – He dies at the convento de Orgens.
